The Heatproof story
The Heatproof range of revolutionary heat resistant label and tag materials was developed in Japan by our partner YS Tech and launched in 2005. We are proud to be their European distributors, with a relationship established from the beginning.
In 2005 Heatproof had three products in its range. Today we supply a growing range of over thirty-five products for an ever expanding range of industry sectors and manufacturers.
Heatproof labels and tags can withstand temperatures up to 1250°C and re-heating processes of 1000°C for up to 72 hours. Alongside their remarkable temperature resistance, Heatproof labels and tags have also transformed the accurate tracking and tracing of products through the use of in-house printed bar codes.
Our products are being used in over 150 sites in the aluminium, steel, glass, ceramic and galvanizing industries for customers in Europe, USA, Canada, Japan and the Middle East.
Why Heatproof?
Heatproof is the only solution for the application of in-house printed labels and tags for use in extreme temperatures of up to 1250°C. Our labels and tags enable variable data to be applied by hand or automatically to metals at the point of manufacture.
These label and tag products are capable of withstanding harsh outdoor environments and chemical processes as well as extreme temperatures throughout production.
Once applied, a Heatproof label or tag will stay on as long as you need it to.
